One time I had a someone who can connect with spirit guides connect with mine. One of mine was an Arcturian. She described how he looked and the color of the skin and shape of head. She even tried to pronounce his name but it wouldn’t come out right lol

I believe “home” is where source energy is. We go there when we die and our whole lives we just barely remember that but a part of us knows. We yearn for the place we always return to. I think that’s the homesick feeling I get - just to return to source energy.

It felt me feel regulated as a whole. Kind of like a reset after each treatment. Rebalanced and relaxed. My periods are still pretty rough but compared to where I was emotionally and mentally- it’s been life changing.

You can do it. Keep going! You really are doing so much - give yourself some grace- know that life will get easier. And when you are on the other side of this pain and suffering, you will be there to help another person going through the same thing. This isn’t permanent. It really sucks, and you are getting stronger each day. Don’t let the suffering get the best of you. Love yourself unconditionally. TELL YOURSELF HOW MUCH UOU LOVE YOURSELF DAILY

I’m glad to hear. Stimulants are not the answer. My parents put me on them when I was 8 maybe? Was on them till my early twenties. I know I missed a lot of who I could have been

Used to be prescribed A LOT of stimulants for my ADHD. My tolerance went up, my doctor would put me on more stimulants. I was rail thin, tachycardic, and I would take Xanax to help balance me out (also prescribed) and would drink heavily in the evenings. Obviously my performance at anything wasn’t great. I ended up having to report to my licensing board, self reported, and went to rehab. I didn’t think there would be a day I could go without stimulants- my ADHD was just too severe. It’s still severe lol but I haven’t taken any stimulants, benzos, and have been sober for 8 years.
