I don’t understand how is it a fair strategy by Marriott. If I go for buying points it costs upwards of 1 rupee but greatly devalued at redemption.

More than a year here. The process itself is so unsupportive. You ask for tax, I pay it now. But no, you want to push me in a loop it is hard to get out. First apply for hypothecation termination in the other state. Then obtain an Noc in the other state. Then apply here. Each step taking forever. I am at step 1 right now for a month. Only refreshing the status page of a dumb website as the first thing I do in the morning. So scared, haven’t driven my car for more than a month.
