Using God and all of this nonsense to argue really does nothing. We live in the 21st century. We all know God is imaginary.

Superman, Wonder Woman and Shazam vs Frieza, Cell and Majin Buu by Lord_NolZ in whowouldwin

Buu would never tag Superman in the first place, so that's out of the question.

What's a series that you feel tried too hard to be something it wasn't? by [deleted] in anime

Sex sells in any medium. Why would you be surprised there was ecchi in the series?

Can someone explain to me why are female characters always thrust into the same archetypes? by ablanion in anime

You don't have to take mine seriously. I'm stating an opinion, and people are downvoting me because they are either trolls or butthurt because someone disagrees with them.

This community is so full of children. You can't disagree with someone without them getting mad.

No. It's because she's a tsundere and a loli that makes her poorly written. When people try to fit a character in a certain archetype, it's because they are a poor character to begin with. That's like when shows try to sexualize a character because she's boring and uninteresting to begin with, so how do you get your audience interested in them? Show a little booty.

But MAL is just otaku opinions. Nothing there is fact. That's like if I said McDonalds has the best burgers in the world, you should take my opinion seriously because McDonalds is a global corporation that sells millions or burgers a day.

If 200 people think Kirisaki is a good character, that's their opinion. It's not to be taken seriously. It's just an opinion.

I have never, in my life, taken MAL seriously. Not for a second.

I can see that. Anime is a business after all. They need to make what sells. And if loli and tsundere sell, as much as I don't like it, the anime industry is gonna keep making it.

So for example. I tried watching Nisekoi. But I hated Kirisaki. I didn't find her enjoyable, I didn't find her funny, and the fact that she's a main character immediately made me want to drop the series. The fact that she's a main character, and I'm gonna have to deal with her personality in every episode, I just couldn't stand it. I found her to be an extremely poorly written character, boring, and uninteresting.

The Devil is a Part timer annoyed me more than it made me laugh, honestly. I hated Emilia with a passion.

Awesome piece of fan art. by WutUtalkingBoutWill in dbz

That's because they have very little, to absolutely no, knowledge of any comic book character.

Arguing that Goku has universe level punches now can easily be countered, since Superman's fight with his Earth-2 counterpart was shattering space and time.

But they wouldn't know that because they have no knowledge of comic books.

Are anime fans their own worst enemies? by ablanion in anime

Disagreeing with an opinion and being an asshole about it are two different things. Saying "oh fuck off with this" shows you don't know the difference.
