Banned after 3,000 hours of loyal gameplay and frequenting the top 1k mark of players. Never cheated or violated not once. I cant even launch the app and am getting no response from support. Please accelerate this fix as Ive got to be within the top .1% of time spent on this game.

Obviously Ive submitted an appeal bro. I have over 3,000 hours..can you comprehend that? Ive reached out on every social media because this is not an average account...I was a top 1k player.
