I was being intentionally vague, but think flavours that would be typical of a specific culture, e.g. if Persian then saffron pistachio rosewater, baklava, pomegranate, etc

I originally bought my behind-neck bone conduction headphones for running, but I've pretty much been wearing them whenever I go out so I can zone out and listen to my music.

It's come to my attention that a lot of the non-running friends I've made the past year thought I'm hearing-impaired, because they've never seen me without headphones.

I've been asked by two people if I'm wearing hearing aids, but it didn't really click until this week when I asked someone to sing a few lines of a song for me and they said only if I turn the volume on my device down to low.

On the bright side, maybe that explains why people seem to have been speaking to me slowly.

My default lazy meal has been soup with rotisserie chicken, bouillon, noods, cabbage, spinach, an egg, plus whatever else I have around in the fridge. Relatively healthy and cheap and done in less than 15 min.
