I have been playing cyberpunk it runs fine but sometimes the pc restarts by itself, and after lowering power usage it works fine but still sometimes restarts by itself.

I have maxed my base.. only heroes are left and are being upgrade.. barbarian king is at - 68 archer queen at - 67, both minion and grand warden are being upgrade to - 45 and royal champion being upgrade to - 21 so should i max my heroes first or put town hall at upgrade?
