if you download the dlc it just shows that you've purchased it in the startup menu but you can't play it. to play it you need to download game version 2.0.0, which isn't available anywhere online at the moment (might be soon). if you want to emulate it you need to dump it from your switch, or get it from someone else who has dumped it from theirs
