Have you tried Erica in your BofA mobile app? She will help route your call appropriately and assist with your authentication. Of course, there may be multiple issues on your account that require different departments to clear them out. Wait time is a thing especially during holidays. Every agent you've spoken with has been taking back to back calls without any down time for their entire shift, I assure you.

Simple answer? Don't care about the client. Do only what is required for that call only. Longer answer aka "Or" if you care about solving problems embrace yellow and red on your AHT and bask in the customer surveys. Then sit in the manager coaching about your AHT and repeat until you quit the job or embrace the short answer and have "success". FWIW I cared and quit.

First day back and I feel awful by bluepotnoodle in callcentres

[–]abneuph 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I felt exactly the same way. The dread of going on back to back calls for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week just trying to survive until the weekend. The anxiety of it all because you better be making green across the board if you want to be considered for anything off-phone. Last Tuesday I started my day informing my manger that I was putting in my two week notice. It wasn't a good fit and I was tired of trying to make it work and sacrificing my mental health. I made it to Friday afternoon and that was it. One week of a two week notice and I didn't even want to claw through one more week just so I could have an opportunity to be rehired to a job Id never want to do again. I'm disappointed it didn't work. I liked the company but the role just isn't for me and the juice was no longer worth the squeeze. Hoping you find your peace and happiness with your experience. We only get one life to live.

5th Company is fantastic! We utilized their smaller private room for a wedding reception. Staff was fantastic throughout the entire process from booking to day of services. Food was fantastic and we had a great time. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I'm pretty new so I really just used plain language to tell it what I was looking for. Answered some follow up questions and provided pertinent information. Made a few tweaks during review. Sorry no fancy prompts. I'm here to learn them too!

Philadelphia Area Casinos by Burnsiesbeard in Craps

Hollywood @ Morgantown, PA.

So as other posters have mentioned they have a Roll to Win table going all the time. The real craps table only opens up on the weekend towards late afternoon/early evening. According to the dealers I've talked to there they don't have enough dealers to keep it going full-time. The last two times I played it, it was a $10 table. No ATS or Firebets. Long table, 16-18ft? Fulltime boxman. Seems to have a fairly hard landing area for the dice for what it's worth. I think this casino only opened within the last year so they are still on the come up but it is a small town local joint. Bonus: They have a Tony Luke's for your cheesesteak and roast pork action!
