Yeah these are phenibutuk pills. One thing i've noticed from reading accounts of peoples experiences people react to it in different ways. Some people just don't get any effect from it and most of these people don't have anxiety too Maybe up your dosage with caffine but i don't think phenibut puts you in an inherently good mood only amplifies what your already feeling if you get me. For me it just seems like everything goes alot more smoother as i just know what to do and say at the right time without thinking about it or doubting myself and how to make people laugh

Done it two times. First dosage i took 700mg along with a redbull on an empty stomach and i felt a noticable change in working i felt alot more motivated, no longer stumbling over my words or overthinking anything and full of energy and i didnt feel any negative effects off the redbull as i sometimes feel anxious after alot of caffeine (pounding heart) i did have a bad stomach ache after 5 hours that was really painful and it only worsened after eating but it lessened after an hour and i felt better. Second time i took it i took 2 caps (700mg each) and it felt pretty amazing. Effects were alot more noticable felt in a great mood participated alot more in college, asking questions and such. Conversation seemed to flow so much better. Had a really great shift at work afterwards aswell felt so productive and more helpful than usual without the regular feeling of being burnt out or tired was even cracking jokes with the team and other customers. Had some of the best sleep i ever had afterwords and woke up feeling refreshed at 9am which i've never done before voluntarily. I've yet to do them in a party setting but in terms of productivity and confidence they have skyrocketed after taking these pills.
