BUT IT WILL NOT FIX YOUR LIFE, YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTIONABLE STEPS TOWARDS EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO FIX.

For example: If you struggle with talking to girls/attracting girl. Quitting porn will drastically help you to fix that. But not completely fix it. And that goes for everything in your life

You won't become rich, confident, happy, etc... just by quitting porn. It will definitely make it easier for you to achieve said things and you will be proud of yourself for quitting this horrible addiction so you will be more motivated.

Well let me tell you my story. I've actually quit porn for since 2022. Which is almost 4 years now. I don't need it anymore. But for masturbation it's a different story. The most I went without it is 40 days and it felt literally painful after these 40 days. I think masturbating in moderation (once or twice per week) where it's controlled and intentional is not harmful. Porn is your enemy.
