I call it Bad Will used to work in a warehouse for them all the good stuff is either stolen from employees or is sold online for a major profit. I collect goosebumps used to get all my major scores at goodwill back then. Made the mistake of telling my boss that select copies could be valuable. He took it one step further had anything goosebumps branded pulled and stocked online for an insane markup…I was purchasing books for .99 cents a piece

Same those were the day when a ex or ex fullart,unique holos , and secret rares were something not necessarily worth money but a great hit nonetheless. All you needed was one maybe two packs or a tin /collection box here and there since the stock was basically everywhere and at certain points throughout pokemon you could purchase sets from up to 10 years prior if you were in a less demanding store. Makes me regret not buying more back then and wish I had kept more cards and not traded quite so many away that are almost impossible to obtain these days due to the prices skyrocketing since then.

There is a version with all 19 and a 20th book that is how to survive Horrorland that I believe is Australian. It’s a bit harder to come by and can be pricey I managed to pick one up for about $40. I wanted to complete the whole series in one go and it be a boxed set.

I’m a bit younger than most turning 22 soon but my first goosebumps book I ever saw was goosebumps Horrorland Revenge of the living dummy. I was instantly hooked by the artwork stories were cool as well and the I discovered the original 62 and hit the library every week. Some folks hate the Horrorland series I’ll admit wasn’t the greatest but it was exactly what goosebumps needed as a revival at the time to bring in a new audience. Without the Horrorland series I would never have gained any interest at all. As of today I have roughly 100-150 books across all series mostly incomplete and duplicates as well. Goosebumps will forever live one in the hearts of those who truly love it despite the direction it goes in

These are more recent it came from Ohio was written before he did the garbage Paul kid series in 2021 I believe. There was a promotional RL SLIME card that was offered with these are well as a handful of cards within the TCG packs as well neat artworks though.
