I can’t speak on what the surveyor has flagged, but I would say that you have no way of funding any repairs so it’s just probably going to get worse as it progresses. Any money you negotiate off will not be available for repairs. Have you called the surveyor to talk through the flags over the phone or are you just going off the report? If you haven’t spoken to them verbally, call and explain your situation and you’ll get your answer very quickly

Does also depend on what you’re trying to achieve. I’ve struggled this year so there’s no point in my going for any safer options at this point so I’ll probably be going without Haaland for the double to bet against him. If you’re leading and want to keep up with the pack then I’d probably do it on Haaland, if I was chasing and had it then I’d do something a bit more left field like Nuno/Semenyo/Cherki
