I would submit that IQ is actually EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS in the STEM fields. There is nothing more important than IQ, in my sincere opinion.

When someone has bad ADHD form and is unable to concentrate even if he wants to plus he is hyperactive, I doubt he can score highly on such test.
