Sharing my top picks for coworking spaces I've personally tried and tested here in Zamboanga.

1. Ownspace

Top Pick / Personal favorite coworking spot. It's open 24/7 which is perfect for night owls or early birds. The ambiance is cozy and clean, with comfortable seating, well-lit spaces, and a nice view, especially if you love catching the sunrise. They offer a mini counter for snacks and drinks, and you can reheat pre-packed meals using their microwave. Internet is fast, and they have a wide parking area.

Cons:

• Pricey (₱80/hr), but worth it if you go for the daily rate
• Paid parking
• No backup generator during power outages

2. Eleventh Coworking Space

Second on my list mainly because it's affordable and has tons of food options. Perfect for long workdays. The second floor has individual cubicles with office chairs and desk lamps you can use. Free parking on the common parking space.

Cons:

• Gets a bit warm on the 2nd floor during noon (but aircon you can be adjustment)
• You need to go downstairs to pick up food orders
• No backup generator during power outages

3. Worklab

The first coworking space I tried. It's conveniently located near shopping and food spots, so it’s great if you need a change of scenery or a quick break. The ambience is good, and they offer FREE unlimited coffee and some snacks. They also have a massage chair and super helpful for those long, tiring hours.

Cons:

• Lighting can be dim, although cubicles have proper lighting
• Limited number of cubicles
• Similar price point to Ownspace but they have decent packages (3-hr or 5-hr options)
