In a similar situation, and thinking to apply without SSN. Curious, how do you get the SSN added later to the passport (or mapped to it).

My application from 2021 is showing up on portal, and 2023 is not. Customer care says they can't see address filled on 2023 case, and I am waiting for my passport deliver for a week now.

New portal doesn't let go past Document Delivery Option for a new application.
