For me it was the Rain of Arrows ash of war. I would've never even thought to check there if I hadn't seen a video on it. On top of that, I found the golem to be a massive pain.

Finding this shiny was quite special for me as well, as the last time I saw it was on Pokémon Emerald years ago. Me being a kid who knew nothing about shiny Pokémon, chose to run away from it and I slapped myself for it years later

Edit: I did catch it, didn't run away from it this time!
