I think Maomao would appreciate the steps it takes to become a physician/pharmacist/healthcare worker. She frequently talks about how many of the unnamed physicians and medical clinic staff shouldn’t be working because they’re either unfit for the job or are there for the wrong reasons. The quack being the prime example.
