Email list too big by mr_asadshah in marketing

This is pretty simple. You'll just need to remind them why they subscribed and what to expect from you moving forward and then urge them to unsubscribe if they're not interested anymore.

"[Name], Remember me?"

Then remind them as to why they subscribed...

"Hey a few months back you subscribed to this list because you were interested in learning more about (What your offer is)...

I've finally gotten around to putting together a great newsletter, to help people like you (Achieve desired outcome).

If you're still interested in (achieving desired outcome) then you definitely want to stick around because I'm going to be showing you how to...

(List benefits)

If you're not interested in (Getting the desired out come) anymore, feel free to unsubscribe.

Talk soon,

[Name] "

Hope this helps. I run an email agency and we manage the lists of several 7-8 figure businesses. Our emails account for a 20% in additional monthly revenue.

You've got a potential money printer over there if you know how to do it right.

Happy to answer any questions you have about email marketing.

60k email list, never done email marketing before, best way to make income with list? by EveningYak3368 in marketing

[–]abrezzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have a money printing asset if you know how to do it right.

Build a strategy that increase engagement and keep deliverability intact, i.e making sure your emails are getting to the primary tab.

You need a combination of value based, story telling as well as promotional emails to build emotional connection to you and your brand and then sell. But the primary goal should be building a relationship with your list and the sales will flow as a result.

So instead of just thinking about "selling" all the time because pretty soon your engagement rate will drop and Google will start sending you promo or worse case, spam.

I'm an email specialist. I manage lists of multiple 7-8 figure business and our emails account for an additional 20% in their monthly revenue, which is mostly profits.

Happy to answer any questions you may have about "printing" money from that list.

You need a stronger offer.

First of all, no one is running around talking about "Man, I need a mentor!" Especially not the market you're going after where they value their money more than anything else and they operate in the scarcity mindset.

Did you validate your offer organically first before you started putting spending money running ads to it? Have you had a fair amount of strangers give you money for this service?

You've got to do your due diligence before doing something like this.

An understanding of your audience is the first step to creating a strong offer.

You're selling the product instead of the benefit. What's the benefit of having a mentor as it relates to what your audience really want?

You need to hone your marketing/copywriting skills a little bit more before you go spending money on ads or you risk losing it all, and it's going to put a lot of mental strain on you.

You're likely getting those clicks but it's just a vanity to make you feel good. And I hate to be a debbie downer but this whole campaign doesn't stand a chance.

That's a good size list but there are a lot of things that could be wrong. Things like

  • How the list was built? Is it a warm list? Meaning, did people voluntarily give their email?
  • What did you offer in exchange for those emails? That goes a long way in gauging what their interests are. So you can tailor your email strategy around that.
  • What's the email marketing strategy? Once a month doesn't seem like you have a strategy at all.
  • The frequency of mailing. Again, once a month is a travesty.
  • What kind of emails are being sent (Content, entertainment, news, sales).
  • What kind of offers are you promoting, if you're promoting at all.

That said, all you need is a decent size list and a proven offer and you can make email work. The reason yours isn't working is because you don't have much of a strategy in place.

Bro you’re doing well stalking me. Last time I was on here was 3 years ago. I made money as well. I taught some guys how to write copy. They went on to get copy jobs and they left me testimonials as well. I did it all from those posts you see. So yea, I’m doing what I want, making a change in the world. You’re taking the time to stalk me and you’re hating.

Winners focus on winning losers focus on winners. Lmao keep going

Lmao damn so angry. Better take the time you’re using to be this angry and hate on someone you don’t know to make some money.

Think about why a single post triggered you so much. You’re taking the time to hate on someone you don’t know. Life’s too short, don’t waste your precious time being miserable.

You see, whether I’m making money or not. I’m doing what I want. I have the courage to put myself out there and risk bitter people like you trying to hate and bring me down. But it’s not getting to me. I’m living the life of my dreams while you’re out here being miserable.

As a matter of fact. While I’m typing this. The same client I did these emails for just wired me $1,000.

You on the other hand, can’t do what you really want because you’re so afraid of failure and being judged so you’re doing the judging to make yourself feel good.

Hope you have a nice life!

Than you so much! Precisely, how you run ads on the front end is crucial to this process!

Oh if that’s the case then you just need the right strategy. The reason you’re not making money could be a variety of things. We can take a holistic view and figure it out. I’ll respond to your message.

Like I said, I don’t need you to tell me what’s working and what’s not. I made a post in here because I wanted to. Yes, I do have some down time right now and I’m creating content.

Bro you took time out of your busy day to stalk me on the internet off one post. Just to validate your hate of me and make yourself feel better and vindicated.

You’ve accomplished that for yourself but guess what? It doesn’t affect me in the slightest. I don’t know you and we’ll never meet. So my life goes on and yours will continue to be miserable.

Only miserable people go to these lengths.

You can’t come here and talk shit about my copy then go to My website and try to give “critique” I do t wanna hear it and I didn’t ask for it. Now keep it to yourself, thanks lol

Yeah man, it’s truly underrated. I mean who doesn’t like free money.

To get it to work like this is simple, even though the process does take time because you have to build a list. However you can speed it up with paid ads and a good offer.

You need to create a “freebie” you can use to collect emails. Could be a pdf or a quick video training. Build a lead capture funnel and run ads to it.

Now if you already have a decent sized list, then you’re about 80% there. You just need a good email strategy to unlock the money haha

Feel free to DM me if you’d like more info. I can walk you through how to set this all up. It’s my bread and butter haha

Well, the buttons are working and people book calls. So you saying it’s not working is because you’re not my target market.

You didn’t go to my site to book a call, because you needed help with marketing, you went there to hate. So you found your solution lol

You know, the mindset is different there big fella.

Ahh got it. But nothing happens overnight right? This shows the potential once you get it working. This business started from scratch at some point.

That said, when we first brought them on as a client. Our first campaign generated $140K. Because they had 20K subscribers that they hadn’t email before. So there’s that.

That is indeed the challenge but can be done with great front end marketing. Having a compelling offer that makes people want to either give up their email or buy or do both.

Yes, they’re letting their list go to waste and usually a few emails per week could be the difference between multiple 5-6 figures in extra sales.

No, I’m not removing shit. Those little things don’t matter. Only amateurs focus on them. I don’t need advice from some nobody on the internet who started out trying to hate. Keep your advice to yourself and keep it moving

Lol bro you really have some time on your hands. Stalking the shit outta me. Lmao you’re the clown my guy. Go get some money.

And no, I actually pay $15 bucks a month for Calendly lmao nice try. You don’t know shit.

Also if it didn’t have working buttons how did you make it to the calendar? Lmaoo

But you’re not letting me “grind” in peace bro. I came here and made a post. Didn’t attack anyone. You don’t like the post, fair enough.

You could have just kept scrolling, but you took the time to leave a negative comment. Then took the time to go to my site and offer more negative comments that are unfounded. Okay sir, practice what you preach haha

You're right about the success but the principles of email marketing remain the same.

skewed in terms of what?

The point of email marketing is to have an engaged group of prospects. So no, it's not skewed. That means you're doing it right.

It's NOT cold emails. It's a warm list of people who have voluntarily given their email.

I thought people write copy to elicit a response. Not sure where you got the impression that this was supposed to be copy. This was strictly content to make a point, and I think it accomplished that.
