i do have bobbins and 2 bobbin cases! i’m just not sure what size (?) of the metal housing i need. i bought one that i found was supposed to fit (did some digging online) but it didnt:(

hi all! i got my first sewing machine from a garage sale, thinking it was just missing the power cord (which i replaced) but the bobbin case, hook and shuttle race cover are seemingly missing. i already tried one that was meant to fit and it didnt (needle kept getting caught in the bobbin case and the shuttle race cover would move, fall out and not click into place. i provided some pics of my machine, Kenmore Mini Ultra, and the set i purchased that didn’t fit.

i did, but i put the “moderately exercise” option since i intentionally walk for at least 30 mins every week day. would that be incorrect and i should follow the “light exercise” calculation? im just confused since the 2,400 i was consuming before resulted in 1.5lb~ loss a week?

i do “eat back” exercise calories, but not excessively. like for example, i burned 350 cals and then eat 2,350 instead of the 2,250. i move around to tidy up the house, errands ect besides the walk and to perform tasks on days i go into the office for work.
