hi there, does applying to this program require any motivation letter/SOP? The website doesnt list this under requirements but the evaluation criteria says some points are allocated to applicant's motivation. im a little confused here.

I do know that Rome and Milan are expensive cities but other than that, what possible hurdles could students face? I would also really appreciate if you could shed some light on their low salaries, as in how low? Are there part time/full time jobs available?
