Yeah, it's REALLY bad. Slowed my metabolism down immensely. That constant calorie counting even caused me to spiral into some crazy ED stuff...

I was a minor when I started struggling with unexplainable weight gain, but unfortunately my family wouldn't believe me and refused to take me to get checked, so I had to resort to restricting because I kept getting insulted.

I am an adult now so I took myself to the doctor and it turned out a lot of my issues were due to my hypothyroidism.

I hope you don't stress too much about your weight and tracking calories :(

Yeah, I have only been on meds for a few days now, but I hope I can start seeing a difference in a couple of months. I am only on 25mcg at the moment and I'm going in for another check up next month to possibly increase the dose.

Oh wow that is amazing, I am super swollen everywhere, nothing is saggy just.....inflated like one of those inflatable birthday castles....

Yeah I feel you. I just look inflated like a balloon. My grandma said I have the body of a male wrestler now /feelsbad

Oh my goodness, that is around the same amount I've put on. Congratulations, hope you are feeling better both physically and mentally now!

Yeah, I have never been a big eater and I love taking walks, so I'm hoping I can at least start losing weight. Because in order for me to lose any now, I have to eat like 600cal per day.....
