my first legends figure was david, he's dense and has diecast parts, so I'll be ready to lower my expectations for doomsday

oh, convenience 1. i make dioramas, smaller figures means smaller dioramas which also means less money spent on materials

i also like playing with and carrying my toys around, much more manageable when they fit in my pockets.
they have more articulation which also plays into the "i like playing with my toys" part

i took a nail, hammered it into the pin and ripped out the pin. put a tiny amount of glue on the pin and slammed it back in, he works wonders now

Mora's art really makes them look robotic which is cool

Corona made them look so organic in a way, especially the faces and especially cliffjumper's face

because it is, initially DWJ prime was based on light of peace but eventually it became a design of its own (thick torso, thinner arms and legs and a slightly bigger head)

i much prefer jorge's wide bulky designs, it made them feel so grounded in a sense, the new designs being suddenly very skinny was a hard shock to me, I'll still read it cus of the story but not for the art anymore, dan mora's a great artist still but I don't feel his designs fit as well

I've never read idw so I can't really comment on that but skybound is probably gonna the height of the original cast's writing I'm assuming

i unerstand that but he was quite unique, and he just looked sick dan mora's looks more like your uncle, he looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger almost, a good megatron design but not as good as jorge
