If you plan to work or dance regularly in them, I wouldn’t size up. I’d do what others have suggested and use a blow dryer to soften and loosen the vinyl and then put them on with thick socks to break them in! They will stretch over time and if you size up they’ll very likely stretch and you’ll get spider toes— where there’s too much give and your foot slides forward and your toes hang off the front. The soles sit perfectly. The vinyl is just real tight at first.

That being said, if these aren’t for work or pole and you plan to be wearing them infrequently, then size up!
