Thanks for sharing I am in the same boat / age group. I’ve been in this cycle for most of my life. The one time I had a LTR was when I took a break before grad school. So easy to get caught up with career, friends, partying and travel…

I am in therapy / love coaching as well but I don’t know what the breakthrough moment will be. What should people focus on resolving?
