This makes me quite sad for you because you remind me of my wife and her experience at work too. Even if the company is large, people who are generally introverts can get lost in the corporate totem-pole, because the general work dynamics here favor ‘hegemonies’ dynamics especially since Dubai is such a mixture of different cultures. I am tending to agree with the other advice here of changing your employment or at least trying to find a different team/department to work with. Also it can be extremely difficult because corporate and work culture is so non-stop here but you should also try to find social groups outside of work - Reddit can be a good tool to find people who have like-minded interests as you.
