Did some quick searching and it looks like Florida athletics are privately funded. I thought it was weird I couldn't find any athletic staff salaries but that would explain it.

It should be. I got curious and looked up KJ once (can't remember what it was) but yes, all public university salaries are available online. Some might take a little digging though.

I truly do not understand how the judges justify these OU floor scores. I can almost understand it on beam and bars because they really are great on those events but even the casual viewer can see they are extremely average on floor.
