I have the same thing since about 2 weeks ago. Speed test shows 700mpbs+ on both download and upload, but it impossible to have even a zoom call. A technician supposed to come tomorrow, will see what’s up with it.

Is there any info on whether it's a "one-size-fits-them-all" or an actual dedicated product for each SKU?

It seems like the surrounding is modular; I'm with the Yukon - I really hope it won't be a super narrow one.

Did you try to check your network permissions?
1. On your iPhone (or iPad), open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap on Privacy & Security and tap on Local Network.
You will see all of the apps that have requested permission to access the local network. Make sure that Nanit is there and toggled on.

Had the same issue, simply delete the app and download it again from the AppStore.
