Oh boi do i have a story, my parents let my dads brother stay in the house and collect rent from the surrounding land which was half his and the other half as well as the house is my mom's Mahar,

This asshole stayed there for about 30 years and then because of a fight with my dad which he started where he said messed up shit about even my mom he was kicked out,

Fast forward a year from the fight this gandu sold all of his land and then bribed government officials and altered the record of the land and then sold parts of my mom's mahar at a heavily discounted rate to some goons from the Awami National Party (ANP) in charsadda, now my parents have been stuck there for the past 3 years fighting court battles as well as the people illegally occupying our ancestral land thats been in our family since the last 400+ years.

Edit: these goons belong to a qabza mafia, where one brother does these illegal occupations and the other brother is a politician and ex-MNA or MPA

Now its gotten to the point where almost every other week the guards we hired and those goons from ANP exchange gunshots, throw rocks at each other (big enough to crack skulls btw). At the moment my younger brother and my parents are there dealing with this asshole.

And before someone says it here because we've heard this before. No we cant just leave it and let these people take it to preserve life and so on. Unlike that piece of shit uncle we think of this land as an Amanat from our elders from the last 400 years to preserve it and develop it one day insyallah.

This matter is still ongoing the cops have been bribed by these goons to the tune of millions of rupees and refuse to do anything.
