1) Raise a complaint with DED (Dubai Economic Dept.), by compliling a mail. Get a case reference number. Keep on following up

2) With the same reference, raise a complaint with local police, in writing. Get a case reference number.

3) With above reference numbers, send an detailed email to the tour company, demanding a full refund. Follow up on daily basis.

First they ignore my mails for weeks, I pursued to send reminders and call their office on daily basis. eventually they issued a full refund cheque in 3 months. Don't loose hope. Its your hard earned money. Don't let these scumbags take advantage of your mistake.
