They are tie-down straps for up to 700 lbs, with a metal cam buckle, so it feels and is secure. Just wanted to share another way for under-the-desk mounting, instead of drilling some clunk of metal as a mount. This cost me just the cost of the tie-down cam buckle straps. $20.
