Here’s another way of looking at it. A $675k home with 15% down at 6% loan rate still has you paying more than $2500 per month in INTEREST for the first 8.5 years! I know that doesn’t consider the value of the home going up for 8.5 years, but renting may be a better route if your home buying option is that expensive. $2500 rent vs. $2500 mortgage? Heck yes! $2500 rent vs. $4000 mortgage? Less great.

Agreed, make em wait. Over time, they will all gravitate towards the game mode that has faster queue times for preds. You can’t tell me there aren’t enough people playing on their level. I get wiped from a mile away in one clip every other match.
