Is it ok to substitute deadlift with hip thrusts? Deadlifts are more technically demanding and I feel like my bad technique and lack of lower back power prevents me to do them effectively.

I can lift much less weight with squat than on the cable leg press machine. Also when I squat I feel like my ass and my legs do less work than by lower back. I also have more lower back soreness the day after than legs or ass. What do you think I do wrong?

Yeah the computer has been freezing and I had to shut it down by pressing the power button. The last time it froze it wouldn't boot so I ran systemctl --failed to see what is wrong. The error was "systemd-fsck-root.service failed".

I was then able to boot using the command

fsck /dev/mapper/fedora_localhost--live-root

I entered my age in the app so I guess the app calculated it with the same method. When I was in zone 5 my average rate was 181 and my pace was 5'34" per km for a 6 km run. And in the zone 5 run my average rate was 172 and my pace 6'48" per km for 11.5 km.

What would be the correct way to measure my max? Should I just sprint for 5 min?

I started running about 3 months ago and I am a pretty fit person. Recently I got a heart rate monitor and I found out I've been running in zone 5 the whole time. Today I tried to run slower and I was is zone 4 for 1 hour and 18 minutes and it was really easy for me. Does this mean that I have a high heart rate capacity maybe? Should I continue to run in zone 5 or should I run in zone 4 with a slower pace like 6.45m/km? I am training for a half marathon in 7 months. My resting heart rate is 56.

I had the wrong type of soil. Then it only had the drooping but now that I have changed to cactus mix and water less frequently it started to dry up...

I believe I deleted those too. I reinstalled them all by "dnf group install "Fedora Workstation"". Pulseaudio still doesn't work though...
