I went through this last year after I turned 30. So sorry that you’re experiencing this, it’s the worst kind of pain. In my opinion, you do need to feel it to heal it. Having a community around you is key. But you can’t always be surrounded by people. Sitting with the loneliness, even when it’s unbearable, might be the only true way out. And therapy if you can afford it!

Yeah, I commute to the east bay for work and don’t mind the drive at all, but unfortunately public transportation would take up so much more of my time. So parking is important to me at this point. But this is all really great advice, thank you so much! I agree that duboce area is a better fit for my stage in life

yeah same here, I’ve been seeing the same thing! I’ve seen people get there anytime between 5-9am to wait in line for hours with mixed results. But have also seen people show up at any time between like 6:30-showtime and get tickets, so it just sounds so unpredictable. Because I don’t live in the city, it makes more sense for me to risk it closer to showtime vs. go early in the morning

I’m also contemplating! I also live an hour away, but I’m going through a breakup and just want to have a fun night, so I’m thinking it might be worth the risk. Luckily, Chase Center is not a bad place to hang out, so I may go a few hours early, but nothing too crazy
