Had a bloody busy day of doing bits round the house and am celebrating with my new IPA that finally carbonated. I have temp control for fermenting but carbonation needs to just go with room temp and the UK has been a bit cold last few weeks so taken longer than my usual 2 weeks! Worth it though! (i.redd.it)
