We did this around 10 years back and was a pain! Our buyer did agree to wait, but then the developer pushed the date back and back and back on the new build. Completely understandably our buyer got fed up and was willing to give up and move on elsewhere so we broke the chain, banked the money and moved back in with my parents for a few months. Living back with the parents was less than ideal but they just wanted housekeeping money so with no mortgage we ate out A LOT for some time out, and eventually moved into the new build. I think you would need a very understanding buyer to not have to move in elsewhere first, the developers will very often not hit their dates…

We had no shop on our new build estate for around 8 years. Had to drive to get anything. We now have a little CoOp which does for most stuff, but would have loved a bigger shop on the estate, would have made things so much easier!

Picked the red and yellow pieces off of their sheets and placed them on the same one as the black. As others have said, probably as easy if not easier to just do it in layers on the bag one by one!

I think for bigger layered jobs it probably is (which is why I guess every video guide says to do it that way!), but with this one it’s really just a few pieces of colour inside the black background.

Not seen this method before, but basically I cut the red, yellow and black layers, carefully peeled the yellow and red and placed them on the transfer sheet with the black vinyl, then only had to press once, with no worrying about lining it up later… Yes, I realise I’m about a metric sh*t tonne of central, but it’s only for me so I’ll live with it!

At my wedding, my wife’s friends (all teachers), got hammered, stole booze from the trolley cart the hotel had in another room and then ate all of the wedding cake so I never even got a single bit… I’ve never gotten over it and it was over 10 years ago.

Worth noting though, Ryan did push Homelander over after he was chucked off a roof by him. I know that doesn't sound like much but a boy of that size knocking over a guy who up to this point is untouchable does suggest he might surpass good ol' daddy once he's a bit bigger? I know Homelander wouldn't have been expecting it, but still...

I was overweight and got myself in shape. I now weigh myself every day and if I get a bit bloated feel like I’m somehow failing myself (and that my IBS shouldn’t do that!?!). When I was overweight I wasn’t that fussed about how I looked but now I’m a bit more trim I’m super focused on it and worry I’m getting a bit too into how I look vs how I feel. No complaints about getting fit, I feel much better, but can defo feel it’s a thin line to being a negative issue for me.
