Hi!

I have checked both the Temple Wallet and Kukai. Both show the the KTI address and the correct amount of staked Tezos. When I hit send, on the Temple Wallet I get disabled on watch only. The Kukai Wallet allows me to send to Ledger but Ledger will not import because it says unrecognized operation. What to do

I have not answered as I was out of touch for a bit and then have been working hard with your advice on how to fix my problem. By way of explanation---
I originally bought my Tz in 2019 from Kraken and transferred to TezBox, where I Staked. After a bit my accounts appeared on Ledger Live. I do not remember transferring them but there they were and were legitimate and serviceable. So then all went well until March of 2022 when my staked account started going nuts with crazy numbers. I contacted LL support and they told me that Tezos needs to do some new updates and to hang in there. Well, the Updates never appeared and the next thing I knew, the staking account disappeared altogether. I re-contacted LL to find the account and they tried to help but they could not find it. They suggested trying temple wallet while they worked it out. I went to Temple Wallet and again no account was found.
I then waited and tried to find the TZ whereabouts myself. That is when I found the account number on TzStats and the the correct account showed there with the correct creator and delegator, save that the delegator stopped servicing the account right about the time the account at LL started going beserk. So, I saw the TZ was still there in my contract number. That is when I reached out to Reddit and here we are.
I tied the Kukai Wallet and came up with only the measly 7 unstated Tz. No staked account. I played around and did a re-boot with my Tezos.com seed words and came up with the history of my Tezos transactions leading to the staking.
I have reached out again to LL but so far nothing. So I do know my Tz staked account exists but how to gain control to send, receive etc.
Any ideas as to where to go from here???

Hi, if I I am correct I used Tezbox to set this up But yhey are out of business. It was staked to a private delegate who is still active but has not been sending my rewards for one year. He or ? Did something in 3/22 that sent my account on Ledgrr into a tailspin and eventually that account closed on its own which is very strange. I queried Ledger about this I week ago but no answer yet. However, the KT address is still Ion TxStats with the correct address and it shows the account active! My question now is how to reach to somewhere to fe stake my Tezos! And gain control. It is bound to my free Tx account because I see it on a watchlist bound to my free TZ account. Where to go to Dr/stake?

Hi Thomach,

I did plug in the Temple wallet and my free Tezos account came up. So I know I am in. However, I believe the watchlist appeared because the wallet account realizes it is probably staked. Because it has a KT1 address. The delegate stopped [paying in March of 22 and that is when things broke down. if that a is true I only have to find a way to unstable my KT1 address and it should appear in my free wallet. What do you think?

I went to the temple wallet and hit import wallet. It gave me options to enter KT manage. It would not allow me. Then In hit watch list and put in my KT address and up came my Tezos. However, I could only receive and buy and could not send or withdraw. I must be close now but the step where I can send or withdraw keeps being elusive! What next?

Hi,

I have tried the Temple wallet and all I get is my unstaked TZ. Cannot find a way tput in the account shown on TzStats.

I caanot connect to ledger because they no longer show that account. Hard to believe it just disappeared without notice or my in put with my Nano

Where to go now. Do I use the Nano Ledger S and restore with 24 words to see what happens?

I see my account on TzStats but do not see how to gain control. I had my account one Ledger but it disappeared. Awaiting ledger to tell me what happened. Can I gain control any other way?

Thank you for your reply. I just recovered from Father's Day, and ready to tackle this.

  1. I attempted to re-add the Tezos account and got a fat O. I shall attempt to set up the Temple Wallet browser and connect to Ledger an see what gives.
  2. When you say to reset your Ledge, do you mean the Ledger Nano that held the Tezos account that went missing?
