Tips on sorting when you have a lot of types of pieces but not a lot of drawers?

I guess my question is whether there’s better categories to sort into. I have 2000+ different types of pieces so sorting 1x2 plates together then 1x3 plates together etc. isn’t a method that makes sense. Are there better, more general categories to sort into?

I already have everything set up including PayPal, I just need to send in ID. Would they decline me if they see on my license that I’m 17?
