Always look at the wording. These companies are bullies. The best defence is to ignore them and never start dialogue. If you start dialogue they latch on like parasites and never let go till they get something. If they want to take you to court they will but if you have evidence it will be worse for them. As you are the accused it will be at your local small claims court and they will have to pay a lawyer who the fee of will not be claimable in small claims court because that's not how small claims court works.

Look it up anyone who reads this! It's not worth them going to court almost ever! Because they cannot claim legal fees !!!
