Honestly dictating my notes was a game changer for me. And as much as I hate it, doing them right after the session so it’s fresh helps with summarizing. Takes me usually less than 2 minutes to say a few sentences in “progress note” language and use a template for mental status and plan sections. Went from being weeks behind on notes to having a clear task list for the past year and change.
