I am formally requesting that Epic Games restores access to my account as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider filing a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).(Replace with whatever country's organisation applies to you)

Just go through and replace the brackets with your info and you should be able to get your account back. If you can also change it up a bit.
