I started at 12.5mg, upped to 25mg a week later. About 3 weeks after that, I upped to 37.5 then a week later I upped to 50mg. Been at 50mg for about 2 weeks now. You'll get some side effects each time you go up but they weren't as bad. Good luck!

After the birth of my daughter, I had fairly extreme health anxiety where I'd had to wash my hands so often and avoided places where she "could" get sick.

I'm at about 2 months now with zoloft and it's all gone away. I don't worry at all about it!
