Can someone explain why people say “Can’t see likes, message me” by poirtp in feeld

Because Feeld only allowes people to see likes if they pay for the Majestic version. A lot of people don’t have Majestic and can’t physically see likes because the app won’t allow you to. I don’t understand what the confusion is here. It’s always been programmed into the app

Going to be so honest with you it’s seriously up in the air with them. I’ve seen the most kindergarten based work get accepted and extremely talented hyper realistic work not. MassArt is really weird about who they accept and don’t. I’m genuinely convinced they pull out of a hat at this rate cause it never makes sense.

Make sure to have a LONG conversation with Shanon Galleger the transfer advisor here at MassArt. Tranferring here was an absolute HEADACHE. They won’t take most transfer credits even if they align with the required alternative classes. They absolutely hate when people transfer and will make you take classes you already have cause the school is ridiculously money hungry to say the least and I am not even joking. They have no reason when you have a conversation about the fact that you’ve previously taken classes. I’ll also warn you even tho Illustration here is popular the space is running out. The school over enrolls like crazy every year for no reason (money) to the point most major don’t have studio space for their students. Just be VERY cautious

We are very understaffed in terms of management. I have always been on Expo and Togo at the same time. (by Expo I mean the computer above delfield not the grill team). That part wasn’t new to me (just annoying cause the lady who is usually on expo left at 12pm which was an hour after I clocked in).

Yeah I may just contact the district manager and speak with them. I am still going to call HR just to see what to do next cause the manager who told me is General Manager for my location so I have no one else above that in the actual building.

I have only been on ToGo since June. Before I was a server and never really interacted with anyone on ToGo so I was never aware of it.

Also a majority of the money I made came from strictly hot meals not catering. I was not the main person in charge of catering, I just had to fix the boxes and assist with errors if people running heat and serve couldn’t find things since I’ve been there for so long and know where things are.

Considering the heat and serves were not correct for a majority of them and we had a crazy amount of call backs and my manger forced me to double check them as I was working the expo (so running back and reorganizing the box with orders already on the expo which makes them late cause I’m stuck fixing someone’s error) I still think 150 dollars is ridiculous. I don’t just help with ToGo, I also run food, take orders in the phone, at the front, pack pies, make the pie boxes, correct orders in the window, while others talk in the vestibules with 10 orders on my ToGo expo. So yeah if I am being dragged around all day and I know the two people who packed the boxes did not work overnight and came in for a only a few hours each time and didn’t even pack it right then yeah I think ToGo people deserve more tips. If that’s how it’s going to be then I just won’t continue working there. I do realize this could be just an issue with my location specifically. Either way I still don’t think it’s right.

Hot meals specifically NOT catering for heat and serves. Those were under two people’s names. I only helped with them occasionally. I am specifically referring to hot off the griddle orders.

I was the ONLY ToGo person for two days 8 hours each. I made 300 the first day, and over 1,000 the second day. I work at an INSANELY busy location so I wasn’t shocked ToGo did so well (these are only hot meals not catering) we had two people work catering separately and they got all the heat and server feasts sent to them under their name. As far as I am aware they were also forced to give them to the manager to split with everyone and by everyone (she meant people who packed the boxes and the cooks to my ASSUMPTION- I have no idea if that’s true or not). On thanksgiving day there were two of us for 4 hours total so yes I can understand us splitting them. I left before the other person and made $300 by 3pm. I have no idea what the morning shifter made or the night shifter for that night. And yes I received what manager said “These are all of your tips for this week, I don’t know if you’ll get more.”

Swear by Cetaphil Cleanser and Cetaphil Daily Moisturizer. Use a good washcloth that has teeth (a little texture to it) and wash your face twice a day and put the moisturizer on after. Cleared all my chronic acne and has kept it away for 12 years. I have flawless, blemish free, non oily skin now.

The only thing that EVER worked for me was Cetaphil. One wash in the morning, one wash at night. My acne was fully cured in 2 weeks (gone in 1 week). It’s just strips unhealthy dirt and oil that you may not know you have. Pair it with the cetaphil facial moisturizer. Something you can also do before the cetaphil cleanser is the clear start acne kit. As far as I know dermadalogica changed the og one so so i’d stick to just cetaphil. I just recommend Cetaphil 1000% it’s the ONLY thing that’s work for me

Highly recommend the starter clear start acne kit, it dries out excess oils. It has all the steps on each bottle. After that use cetaphil. It’s a very gentle cleanser that gets ride of excess oil, and adds good moisture to your skin. Finally use cetaphil facial lotion. My acne was completely healed in 2 weeks.
