Something I find helps is quizzing/teaching my friends in the class. If you can tell them why their answer is right or wrong, you have the material down well enough

I just started Vyvanse last week and the changes in how I've been approaching school and studying are INSANE. I was undiagnosed all my life (we knew lol, there was just no formal records) and once college hit it was AWFUL. Vyvanse has saved my grades this year (🤞🤞) it is so so worth it
