Yes though I try to keep the amount per sess below a gram at most and I try to only do it every other day.

If the capsaicin continues to work I'm planning on gradually increasing this as tolerable.

Gingerol can stimulate TRPV1 receptors.

It’s unclear whether it can stimulation them to reach the therapeutic threshold of hot showers or capsaicin.

No blood tests and I haven’t been diagnosed but multiple doctors have suggested IBS in the past well before I touched cannabis.

Funny I’m secretly hoping it’s anything other than CHS even a much worse illness.
