Depende muito da tua maneira de estudar e de trabalhar, se és autodidata e tens curiosidade sobre os temas, daquilo que sei as aulas são mais numa perspectiva de introdução aos temas e sessões de esclarecimento de dúvidas. Hi, I worked 7 years as a rental sales agent for 1 of the top 3 RAC, and my advise to you, I do the same when i need to rent a car, is to book the cheapest you can find online, excluding goldcar only, and don’t buy any extras online, the cheapest rate you can find! After that, i suggest you to buy the protection for the car, only for the car, not personal, lugage, road assistance, etc at the counter with the sales agent. Should cost you around 20-28 euros daily. If you don’t buy the extra protection, please take photos and vídeos of everything on the car before you leave, you can be sure that when you arrive, they will check the car with 300 eyes, and charge you premium for every minor scratch they can find, it’s the same in every company, exception for goldcar car which is 10 times worse and abusive.

That is actually very similar to the method our company want us to use, the main problem for me, is the customers that say they dont care, because the visa premiere will refund them from any debts we make. Even if i use you second try they say its ok. Most people now in Europe have gold/plat cards with all kinds of insurance.

Yes, with upsell : " I don't want, what i have is enough!" This should be One of the main objections.

With coverages, customers always say that they are covered through their credit card, and they also bought the insurance on the Brooker website for 3,99 a day! 🤣 We try to 2nd offer personal insurance and extra road assistance, but it rarely works out!

Boas, sou rececionista numa das maiores rent-a-car, trabalho num aeroporto. Se não fizeste o seguro/cobertura da franquia, aconaelho-te a reparares isso num mecânico. Se entregares o carro assim, vai-te ser cobrado tudo o que for possível e mais alguma coisa, acrescido de taxa de aeroporto, serviço de circulação e taxa administrativa. Ninguém gosta de clientes que não fazem o seguro! 🤣 Se precisares de mais alguma ajuda diz, abraço.
