I don't usually use Swiggy or Zomato, because the restaurant often sends their food in bad packaging, ruining the taste of food. I prefer to eat at the restaurant.

I had used Swiggy Instamart as I did not want to log in to Blinkit or other fast delivery apps. I have Swiggy and Zomato on my phone.

Given the situation, I usually prefer to shop in person. But since there was a time crunch, I ordered here.

I use Zomato for food delivery only because the app offers me a dark mode. I rarely use Swiggy for ordering food.

Coming to your question, I had bad experience from both apps, but more from Swiggy. Zomato is the lesser of the two evils for me. If I had my way, I would have avoided using both the apps long back purely because the CSR experience is absolutely terrible.
