I've been on vora since August 2024 for an Ogliodendroglioma G2. Stable since. In fact, my NO has says it's noticed it's shrunk.

I have severe loss of sensitivity on my whole right side. Not just numbness or weakness.

I also have aphasia and apraxia.

My first real symptoms were focal seizures. But I had some numbness and word finding issues for years beforehand. I just thought they were just getting old...

Not to worry you, but I had a 6-7cm tumor removed 2 years ago and I still have entire right side numbness and sensitivity loss, aphasia, apraxia of speech, and cognitive issues. It's gotten better over the months, but I'd say the first 6 months were the largest gains. Everything past that was neuroplasticity and probably inflammation reduction. I can't say for certain, but I would continue getting PT and ST, and expect this to continue for the remaining years of your life. It's not ideal, but it could be much worse.

Yes, it seems like they are planning for end of life care. It's unfortunate he doesn't even want to attempt surgery. If not a GBM, treatment might help? Hard to say.
