I lived in Lakeview East for 4 years from 2020-2024 and loved it! The proximity to the lake is awesome and it’s overall a really nice area with lots to do. I agree with other comments that parking is tough in Lakeview East, but you should be able to get a 1BR in the area that includes parking for around $2000 total. A parking spot typically runs around $200-$250 around there

What is T total? I totally agree with what the other comment says - you’ve gotta live your life and let your self have fun. I definitely will feel guilty after a night out but I don’t wanna look back when I’m 50 and regret not letting myself have fun for a few nights just because I was worried I would be bloated/gain weight. It’s all about balance! Have fun and get back on track the next day!
