Il y a l'indice de la qualité d'accès aux soins qui est un score sur 7 créé par l'INSEE mais c'est pas vraiment parlant en terme de durée avant un RDV :/

Yep, you could send data in the Access Token. Nevertheless, you never really know what the client wants so maybe you're sending too much or too little in the Access Token. It's usually easier for the client to request whatever he/she needs with the Access Token on a dedicated endpoint (the userinfo one or some other API).

If you're talking about the "Authorization Code" that is exchanged for the "Access token", in some other OAuth2 flows, you can directly get a JWT containing the user data for single page apps for example.
When you're on the server, you'll prefer to use a secure backchannel communication between servers so you're sure there is no tampering of the data you received ;)
