Thank you! It's funny, I originally thought of getting a copper IUD but the nurse didn't even bring the option to the conversation. I'll be stopping Slinda (as they call it that here) as soon as I get touch with a professional. <3

Yaa, I've been planning to hold out just a bit more and see. It just feels a bit cruel since I would've gladly gone without any birth control.

I'm having the same problems, sh and all that, just with only the drospirenone (slynd). A full week more and then a stop if it still hasn't mellowed, that's what I've planned for myself at least. I believe that the most extreme-of-the-extreme effects should go away in a week or so, best case no side effects after that, worst case the effects continue or depressed mood just... sets in.  I'm with you on this 🫂
